“EVALUACION TECNICA DEL ESTUDIO DEFINITIVO DEL PROYECTO DE AGUA POTABLE Y SANEAMIENTO RURAL EN EL C.P. ALTO PERU, DISTRITO BAGUA GRANDE - UTCUBAMBA – AMAZONAS”

Abstract

El presente informe de suficiencia profesional, titulado “EVALUACION TECNICA DEL ESTUDIO DEFINITIVO DEL PROYECTO DE AGUA POTABLE Y SANEAMIENTO RURAL EN EL C.P. ALTO PERU, DISTRITO BAGUA GRANDE - UTCUBAMBA – AMAZONAS” documenta la experiencia profesional adquirida en el campo de la ingeniería civil, particularmente durante el proceso de elaboración del expediente técnico del proyecto de inversión pública denominado “CREACION DEL SERVICIO DE AGUA POTABLE RURAL Y CREACION DEL SERVICIO DE ALCANTARILLADO U OTRAS FORMAS DE DISPOSICIÓN SANITARIA DE EXCRETAS EN EL CENTRO POBLADO ALTO PERU DISTRITO DE BAGUA GRANDE DE LA PROVINCIA DE UTCUBAMBA DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE AMAZONAS. El proyecto fue desarrollado por la empresa Consorcio Consultor Nueva Holanda, entidad responsable de la consultoría, en la cual me desempeñé como asistente técnico del jefe de proyecto, participando activamente en las distintas etapas técnicas del estudio definitivo, hasta su presentación y aprobación ante el Programa Nacional de Saneamiento Rural (PNSR) del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento (MVCS). La evaluación del expediente técnico se llevó a cabo a través de la Plataforma de Registro, Evaluación y Seguimiento de Expedientes Técnicos (PRESET), obteniendo la aprobación en las etapas de Admisibilidad y Calidad, conforme a los lineamientos establecidos por el PNSR. Este proyecto tiene como finalidad contribuir al cierre de brechas en los servicios básicos y a la mejora de la calidad de vida de los habitantes del Centro Poblado Alto Perú, garantizando el acceso a agua segura para consumo humano y a servicios adecuados de saneamiento. Finalmente, este informe tiene como propósito principal realizar una evaluación técnica de la opción tecnológica adoptada o alternativa de solución contemplada en el estudio definitivo del proyecto, posterior a la obtención de la conformidad técnica en la etapa de Calidad de la plataforma PRESET del MVCS.

This professional proficiency report, entitled "TECHNICAL EVALUATION OF THE FINAL STUDY OF THE RURAL DRINKING WATER AND SANITATION PROJECT IN THE ALTO PERU C.P., BAGUA GRANDE DISTRICT - UTCUBAMBA - AMAZONAS" documents the professional experience acquired in the field of civil engineering, particularly during the preparation of the technical file for the public investment project entitled "CREATION OF THE RURAL DRINKING WATER SERVICE AND CREATION OF THE SEWERAGE SERVICE OR OTHER FORMS OF SANITARY DISPOSAL OF EXCRETE IN THE ALTO PERU POPULATION CENTER, BAGUA GRANDE DISTRICT, UTCUBAMBA PROVINCE, AMAZONAS DEPARTMENT." The project was developed by the company Consorcio Consultor Nueva Holanda, the entity responsible for the consulting, in which I served as technical assistant to the project manager, actively participating in the different stages. The technical documentation of the final study continues until its submission and approval by the National Rural Sanitation Program (PNSR) of the Ministry of Housing, Construction, and Sanitation (MVCS). The technical file was evaluated through the Technical File Registration, Evaluation, and Monitoring Platform (PRESET), obtaining approval in the Admissibility and Quality stages, in accordance with the guidelines established by the PNSR. This project aims to contribute to closing gaps in basic services and improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the Alto Perú Population Center by guaranteeing access to safe water for human consumption and adequate sanitation services. Finally, the main purpose of this report is to conduct a technical evaluation of the adopted technological option or alternative solution contemplated in the final project study, following the technical approval obtained in the Quality stage of the MVCS's PRESET platform.
