“Ampliación y remodelación del Centro Educativo Inicial Ciclo II (Pre-Kínder y Kínder) Colegio Villa María La Planicie – La Molina – Lima”

Abstract

El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional, titulado: “Ampliación y Remodelación del Centro Educativo Inicial Ciclo II (Pre-Kínder y Kínder) Colegio Villa María La Planicie – La Molina – Lima”, tiene como propósito exponer de manera integral, técnica y detallada los principales aspectos del proyecto en mención, considerando la ubicación geográfica, accesibilidad vial, condiciones climáticas, características del entorno urbano y del terreno, así como los criterios constructivos y metodológicos aplicados durante la ejecución de las metas físicas contempladas. El desarrollo de la obra implicó la aplicación de buenas prácticas de ingeniería civil, orientadas a garantizar la seguridad estructural, funcionalidad y confort de los espacios educativos, en beneficio de la población estudiantil de nivel inicial. Asimismo, se presenta la documentación técnica y administrativa generada durante la ejecución del proyecto, incluyendo contrato, informes técnicos, cartas, solicitudes, valorizaciones de obra, los cuales evidencian una gestión integral y el cumplimiento

The present professional proficiency report, entitled “Expansion and Remodeling of the Early Childhood Education Center – Cycle II (Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten), Villa María La Planicie School – La Molina – Lima”, aims to comprehensively and technically present the main aspects of the project, considering its geographical location, road accessibility, climatic conditions, urban and site characteristics, as well as the construction and methodological criteria applied during the execution of the planned physical goals. The development of the project involved the application of best civil engineering practices, aimed at ensuring the structural safety, functionality, and comfort of educational spaces, benefiting the preschool student population. In addition, this document presents the technical and administrative records generated during the project’s execution, including the contract, technical reports, correspondence, requests, and work valuations, which demonstrate an integrated management approach and compliance with the procedures established for the proper execution of the project.
