La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre
la cultura financiera y el financiamiento de los comerciantes minoristas del mercado
Moshoqueque del Distrito de José Leonardo Ortiz, 2024, para lo cual, se empleó una
metodología con enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño del estudio fue de tipo no experimental,
con corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 3551 comerciantes minoristas,
para determinar la muestra se utilizó un tipo de muestreo no probabilístico, bajo la técnica
del por conveniencia, identificando una muestra de 289 comerciantes minoristas; para la
recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento el
cuestionario, el cual, fue validado por el juicio de tres expertos y mediante la prueba del
alfa de Cronbach se determinó la confiabilidad del instrumento, dicho instrumento, tuvo
un total de 31 preguntas planteadas en función a 5 dimensiones, indicando alfabetización
financiera, habilidades financieras y actitud financiera para la variable de cultura
financiera y las dimensiones de formas y uso correspondientes a la variable de
financiamiento, para ambas variables las preguntas fueron medidas según la escala de
Likert. Para el procesamiento de datos se utilizó el programa Excel y SPSS, y se aplicó
una estadística descriptiva – inferencial. Los resultados evidenciaron que existía una
correlación moderada entre la cultura financiera y el financiamiento de los comerciantes
minoristas del mercado Moshoqueque, probado a través de un factor correlacional Rho
Spearman de 0.475; asimismo, se obtuvo un valor de Sig. de 0.000 < 0.05, lo que
demostró una influencia positiva y significante de la cultura financiera sobre el
financiamiento de los comerciantes minoristas. The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between
financial culture and the financing of retail merchants in the Moshoqueque market in the
District of José Leonardo Ortiz, 2024, for which, a methodology with a quantitative
approach was used, the study design was non-experimental, with cross-sectional. The
population was made up of 3551 retail merchants, to determine the sample a type of non-
probabilistic sampling was used, under the convenience technique, identifying a sample
of 289 retail merchants, for data collection, the survey technique was used and the
questionnaire was used as an instrument, which was validated by the judgment of three
experts and through the Cronbach's alpha test the reliability of the instrument was
determined, this instrument had a total of 31 questions posed based on 5 dimensions,
indicating financial literacy, financial skills and financial attitude for the variable of
financial culture and the dimensions of forms and use corresponding to the financing
variable, for both variables the questions were measured according to the Likert scale.
For data processing, Excel and SPSS were used, and descriptive-inferential statistics were
applied. The results showed that there was a moderate correlation between financial
literacy and the financing of retail merchants in the Moshoqueque market, proven through
a Rho Spearman correlational factor of 0.475; likewise, a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 was
obtained, which demonstrated a positive and significant influence of financial culture on
the financing of retail merchants.
