Abstract

La Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo me otorgó el Grado de Bachiller en Ingeniería Civil mediante diploma de fecha 01 de marzo de 2024, a partir del cual inicié el ejercicio de actividades profesionales en entidades del sector público y privado, participando en el desarrollo y evaluación de proyectos de infraestructura vial y de transporte, vinculados al ámbito de la ingeniería civil. El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional sistematiza y expone la experiencia profesional desarrollada durante mi participación en el proyecto denominado: “ANÁLISIS Y OPTIMIZACIÓN DEL ESTUDIO DEFINITIVO PARA LA VIABILIDAD TÉCNICA Y PRESUPUESTAL DEL PROYECTO MEJORAMIENTO DEL CAMINO VECINAL EMP. PE-3N (ICHOCAN) - DV. LLAÑUPACHA - DV. CHIQUIPUQUIO - DV. PAMPLONA - DV. PAUCA - DV. CHUCO - SHIRAC - LIC LIC - DV. ALIZOPATA - JOSÉ SABOGAL (VENECIA) - TINYAYOC - MALAT; EMP. CA-1566 - SAN ISIDRO; DV. SHIRAC - SHIRAC - PROVINCIA DE SAN MARCOS – CAJAMARCA”, ejecutado en el marco de las competencias de Provías Descentralizado. La relevancia del proyecto se sustenta en la necesidad de mejorar las condiciones de transitabilidad de la Red Vial Vecinal, garantizando una infraestructura segura, funcional y acorde a las condiciones geográficas y socioeconómicas del área de influencia. La optimización del estudio definitivo permitió reducir riesgos asociados al deterioro de la vía, mejorar la seguridad vial y asegurar la continuidad del tránsito, favoreciendo el acceso oportuno a servicios básicos y fortaleciendo la conectividad territorial entre los distritos beneficiados. El objetivo principal del informe es describir y analizar de manera ordenada la experiencia profesional adquirida durante el proceso de revisión y optimización del estudio definitivo, comprendiendo actividades como la evaluación de los entregables técnicos, el análisis de metrados, costos y presupuesto, la coordinación con especialistas de las distintas disciplinas y la elaboración de informes técnicos. Estas acciones contribuyeron a la optimización del expediente técnico y a garantizar la viabilidad técnica y presupuestal del proyecto, asegurando su consistencia con la normativa vigente y su continuidad dentro del ciclo de inversión pública.

The National University Pedro Ruiz Gallo awarded me the Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering by diploma dated March 1, 2024, from which I began the practice of professional activities in both public and private sector entities, participating in the development and evaluation of road and transportation infrastructure projects within the field of civil engineering. This Professional Proficiency Report systematizes and presents the professional experience gained during my participation in the project entitled “Analysis and Optimization of the Definitive Study for the Technical and Budgetary Feasibility of the Project Improvement of the Rural Road EMP. PE-3N (Ichocan) – DV. Llañupacha – DV. Chiquipuquio – DV. Pamplona – DV. Pauca – DV. Chuco – Shirac – Lic Lic – DV. Alizopata – José Sabogal (Venecia) – Tinyayoc – Malat; EMP. CA-1566 – San Isidro; DV. Shirac – Shirac – Province of San Marcos – Cajamarca”, carried out within the scope of the competencies of Provías Descentralizado. The relevance of the project is based on the need to improve the traffic and serviceability conditions of the rural road network, ensuring a safe, functional infrastructure consistent with the geographical and socioeconomic conditions of the area of influence. The optimization of the definitive study made it possible to reduce risks associated with road deterioration, enhance road safety, and ensure traffic continuity, thereby facilitating timely access to basic services and strengthening territorial connectivity among the beneficiary districts. The main objective of this report is to describe and systematically analyze the professional experience acquired during the process of reviewing and optimizing the definitive study, which included activities such as the evaluation of technical deliverables, the analysis of quantities, costs, and budget, coordination with specialists from different disciplines, and the preparation of technical reports. These actions contributed to the optimization of the technical dossier and to ensuring the technical and budgetary feasibility of the project, guaranteeing its consistency with current regulations and its continuity within the public investment cycle.
