Influencia del Clima Escolar en el Desempeño Docente en la Institución Educativa Emblemático Representativo “La Libertad”

Abstract

El estudio realizado permite diseñar y aplicar el clima institucional como estrategia para mejorar el desempeño docente del nivel secundario de la Institución Educativa Emblemático Representativo “La Libertad”. La metodología desarrollada en el estudio se inicia en: el análisis tendencial histórico lo que se está haciendo en el mundo y a nivel de institución educativa relacionado al desempeño docente; el diagnóstico del desempeño docente del nivel secundaria; se aplicó a una muestra de 55 docentes del nivel secundaria. En el diseño, fundamentación y aplicación de la propuesta se utilizaron los métodos empíricos y teóricos. La conclusión principal considera, los docentes de la Institución Educativa Emblemático Representativo "La Libertad", en la variable Desempeño Docente, en la pre prueba el 55% se ubican en el nivel En inicio, el 45% en el nivel en proceso; mientras que en la post prueba, el 4% de encuentran en el nivel en inicio, el 45% se ubican en el nivel en proceso y el 51% se ubican en el nivel logrado; por lo que el programa experimental fue significativo.

The study made it possible to design and apply the institutional climate as a strategy to improve the teaching performance of the secondary level of the Representative Educational Institution "La Libertad". The methodology developed in the study begins in: historical trend analysis what is being done in the world and at the level of educational institution related to teaching performance; the diagnosis of the educational performance of the secondary level; was applied to a sample of 55 secondary school teachers.
