Gestión municipal y participación del ciudadano en el distrito de Mochumi, durante la epidemia COVID-19, 2021

Abstract

Este estudio se centró en determinar la relación entre la gestión municipal y participación del ciudadano en el distrito de Mochumí, durante la pandemia COVID-19, 2021. Se adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño no experimental para llevar a cabo la investigación. Para obtener los datos necesarios, se utilizaron encuestas y se aplicaron dos cuestionarios específicos La muestra incluyó a 126 individuos. En general, el análisis del objetivo principal reveló una correlación positiva moderada de 0,475 entre el gobierno digital y la simplificación administrativa. Los datos mostraron una correlación positiva de 0,635 entre la gestión municipal y la participación ciudadana, indicando una conexión moderada a fuerte. En otras palabras, cuando la gestión municipal mejora, también se observa un incremento en el involucramiento de la comunidad, subrayando la importancia de una buena administración local para fomentar el derecho democrático.

This study focused on determining the relationship between municipal

management and citizen participation in the district of Mochumí during the COVID- 19 pandemic in 2021. A quantitative approach with a non-experimental design was

adopted for the research. To gather the necessary data, surveys were used, and two specific questionnaires were administered. The sample included 126 individuals. Overall, the analysis of the main objective revealed a moderate positive correlation of 0.475 between digital government and administrative simplification. The data showed a positive correlation of 0.635 between municipal management and citizen participation, indicating a moderate to strong connection. In other words, when municipal management improves, there is also an increase in community involvement, highlighting the importance of effective local administration in promoting democratic engagement.
