Plan estratégico de comunicación para la prevención y disminución de casos de acoso en estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo, 2024

Abstract

La presente investigación aborda la problemática del acoso a estudiantes en la Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo, problema al cual se pretende dar respuesta con la pregunta objeto de nuestro estudio. Por ello, el presente estudio tiene el objetivo de proponer un Plan Estratégico de Comunicación para la prevención y disminución de casos de acoso, buscando concientizar, reconocer y abordar esta problemática de manera efectiva. La investigación adopta un enfoque mixto, en un nivel descriptivo - propositivo para comprender a fondo el problema y proponer soluciones efectivas. A través de entrevistas con el equipo del Servicio Psicopedagógico y encuestas a estudiantes de Pre Grado matriculados en el ciclo 2023-II, se recopilaron datos que informan la situación actual del acoso en la UNPRG y la necesidad de implementar estrategias eficaces para su disminución. De acuerdo a los resultados de la investigación, el trabajo realizado hasta ahora por la universidad con respecto al tema del acoso no ha logrado una mejora significativa en la prevención e intervención en casos referentes a esta problemática. Por ello, se propone un plan estratégico de comunicación basado en un correcto diagnóstico que pueda contribuir significativamente, informando a los estudiantes sobre los recursos disponibles, los procedimientos para reportar casos de acoso y los métodos de apoyo ofrecidos por nuestra casa de estudios. Destacando así, la importancia de este estudio no solo a nivel académico, sino también social, al promover entornos seguros y saludables en el ámbito universitario.

The present research addresses the problem of harassment of students at the Pedro Ruiz Gallo National University, a problem that is intended to be answered with the question that is the object of our study. Therefore, the present study aims to propose a Strategic Communication Plan for the prevention and reduction of harassment cases, seeking to raise awareness, recognize and address this problem effectively. The research adopts a mixed approach, at a descriptive - propositional level to fully understand the problem and propose effective solutions. Through interviews with the Psychopedagogical Service team and surveys of undergraduate students enrolled in the 2023-II cycle, data were collected that report the current situation of harassment at UNPRG and the need to implement effective strategies for its reduction. According to the results of the research, the work carried out so far by the university regarding the issue of harassment has not achieved a significant improvement in prevention and intervention in cases related to this problem. Therefore, a strategic communication plan is proposed based on a correct diagnosis that can significantly contribute to informing students about the available resources, the procedures for reporting cases of harassment and the support methods offered by our university. Thus, highlighting the importance of this study not only at an academic level, but also at a social level, by promoting safe and healthy environments in the university environment.
