Programa de convivencia escolar para prevenir el bullying en estudiantes de instituciones educativas de educación secundaria de Jaén, 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como propósito “proponer un programa de convivencia escolar para prevenir el bullying en estudiantes de instituciones educativas de educación secundaria de Jaén, 2023”; por consiguiente, metodológicamente fue el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y alcance descriptivo-propositivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 343 estudiantes de secundaria, a quiénes se les aplicó como instrumento el cuestionario. Entre sus principales resultados se evidenció que el 74.1% de los estudiantes presentan un nivel medio de comportamiento agresivo, seguido del 21.9% con un nivel alto y el 3.8% con el nivel bajo. En base a los resultados, se dice diseñó la propuesta se fundamenta en un enfoque integral que aborda tanto los factores individuales como contextuales relacionados con el bullying, así como en la participación activa de toda la comunidad educativa. Al diseñar estrategias de prevención basadas en evidencia y adaptadas a las necesidades específicas de las instituciones educativas de Jaén, se busca no solo abordar las manifestaciones visibles del bullying, sino también promover una cultura de respeto, empatía y colaboración entre los estudiantes. Finalmente, se concluyó que el programa representa un paso significativo hacia la creación de un entorno educativo seguro, respetuoso y propicio para el desarrollo integral de los jóvenes.

The purpose of this research was to propose a school coexistence program to prevent bullying in students of secondary schools in Jaén, 2023; therefore, a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive-propositive scope were used as methodology. The sample consisted of 343 high school students, to whom the questionnaire was applied as an instrument. Among the main results, 74.1% of the students showed a medium level of aggressive behavior, followed by 21.9% with a high level and 3.8% with a low level. Based on the results, the proposal is based on a comprehensive approach that addresses both individual and contextual factors related to bullying, as well as on the active participation of the entire educational community. By designing evidence-based prevention strategies tailored to the specific needs of Jaén's educational institutions, it seeks not only to address the visible manifestations of bullying, but also to promote a culture of respect, empathy and collaboration among students. Finally, it was concluded that the program represents a significant step towards the creation of a safe, respectful and conducive educational environment for the integral development of young people.
