Programa de Formación Investigativa Basado en un Modelo Metodológico Contextualizado Integral para la Producción Científica

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo: Aplicar un Programa de Formación Investigativa, basado en un modelo metodológico contextualizado integral para mejorar la Producción Científica, en maestros de la Institución Educativa “Santa Lucía” de Lambayeque. Se investigan las causas que originan el problema: Insuficiencias en el proceso de formación investigativa limita la Producción Científica. Pudiéndose demostrar, evidenciar y justificar la necesidad de ahondar y explorar en el objeto de la investigación, el proceso de formación investigativa. La investigación es de enfoque mixto, se necesitó incluir elementos tanto cuantitativos, como cualitativos; es aplicada con diseño pre- experimental. La muestra fue de 50 participantes estudiantes y 24 docentes como fuente de verificación, a quienes se les aplicó los instrumentos con la intención de diagnosticar el estado actual del proceso de formación investigativa y su implicancia en la producción científica. A partir del diagnóstico se obtuvo que los estudiantes tienen un nivel muy bajo en la producción científica, revelado en el pre test un 82.1% en los valores negativos de la variable dependiente, justificando la necesidad de aplicar el Programa de Formación Investigativa. Al aplicarse el post test se concluyó que el problema científico obtuvo una transformación favorable, después de ejecutar el Programa de Formación Investigativa Basado en un Modelo Metodológico Contextualizado Integral. El resultado del pos test demostró que los estudiantes mejoraron sus habilidades investigativas en la producción científica con un 80% en la positividad de la variable dependiente, demostrando la pertinencia del aporte en la solución del problema de la producción científica.

The present research aimed to: Implement a Research Training Program, based on a comprehensive contextualized methodological model to enhance Scientific Production, among teachers at the "Santa Lucía" Educational Institution in Lambayeque. The causes that give rise to the problem are investigated: Deficiencies in the research training process limit Scientific Production. It is possible to demonstrate, evidence, and justify the need to delve into and explore the object of research, the research training process. The research is of a mixed approach, requiring the inclusion of both quantitative and qualitative elements; it is applied with a pre-experimental design. The sample consisted of 50 student participants and 24 teachers as a verification source, to whom instruments were applied to diagnose the current state of the research training process and its implication in scientific production. From the diagnosis, it was found that students have a very low level of scientific production, revealed in the pre-test with 82.1% negative values of the dependent variable, justifying the need to implement the Research Training Program. Upon administering the post-test, it was concluded that the scientific problem underwent a favorable transformation after implementing the Research Training Program Based on a Comprehensive Contextualized Methodological Model. The post-test result demonstrated that students improved their research skills in scientific production with 80% positivity of the dependent variable, demonstrating the relevance of the contribution to solving the scientific production problem.
