Performance del pavo comercial hybro ante incorporación de ácidos orgánicos en su dieta de acabado

Abstract

Cincuenta y ocho pavos Hybro Super medio, de ambos sexos, en su fase de acabado (11 - 14 semana de edad) fueron distribuidos al azar, bajo un Diseño Completamente Randomizado, en los siguientes tratamientos: T0 (Ración sin inhibidor de hongos), T1 (Myco Curb al 0.03%) y T2 (Myco Curb al 0.06%) y evaluados en el consumo, incremento de peso y eficiencia bioeconómica en su fase de acabado. Al finalizar el ensayo, el consumo promedio fue de 11.213 (T0), 10.646 (T1) y 10.688 kg/animal/período (T2), correspondientes a consumos de 0.406, 0.382 y 0.386 kg/animal/día, respectivamente. En ese mismo orden, los incrementos totales y peso vivo final, fueron de 2.720 y 7.947 kg; 2.622 y 8.111 kg; 2.564 y 7.730 kg (incrementos diarios de 97.5, 93.5 y 91.5 g/animal), no habiéndose encontrado diferencias significativas para los niveles de Myco Curb. La conversión alimenticia y el mérito económico fueron de 4.122 con 3.67 (T0), 4.060 con 3.57 (T1), 4.168 con 3.71 (T2).

Fifty-eight Hybro Super Medium turkeys of both sexes in the finishing phase (11–14 weeks of age) were randomly assigned—using a Completely Randomized Design—to the following treatments: T0 (ration without mold inhibitor), T1 (Myco Curb at 0.03%), and T2 (Myco Curb at 0.06%). They were evaluated for feed intake, weight gain, and bioeconomic efficiency during the finishing phase. At the end of the trial, average feed intake was 11.213 (T0), 10.646 (T1), and 10.688 kg/animal/period (T2), corresponding to daily intakes of 0.406, 0.382, and 0.386 kg/animal/day, respectively. In the same order, total weight gains and final live weights were 2.720 and 7.947 kg; 2.622 and 8.111 kg; and 2.564 and 7.730 kg (with daily gains of 97.5, 93.5, and 91.5 g/animal); no significant differences were found regarding the Myco Curb levels. Feed conversion and economic merit values were 4.122 and 3.67 (T0), 4.060 and 3.57 (T1), and 4.168 and 3.71 (T2).
