Estrategias psicopedagógicas en valores para fortalecer la convivencia escolar en los estudiantes de la I.E.P. N° 10650 Chancay Baños-Santa Cruz. Region Cajamarca

Abstract

El problema en estudio, se desarrolla en marco a la mala convivencia escolar y la deficiencia de estrategias psicopedagógicas en valores. Por ello el objetivo general de esta investigación es diseñar estrategias psicopedagógicas en valores para fortalecer la convivencia escolar en los estudiantes I. E. P. N° 10650 Chancay Baños-Santa Cruz, Cajamarca, con el fin de que los alumnos mejoren sus relaciones sociales, su desempeño en una institución educativa, por ende, mejorar el clima laboral, entre otros problemas, con la ayuda de la Teoría Sociocultural de Lev Vygotsky, desarrollo moral de Lawrence Kohlberg y la educación en valores de Mavilo Calero Pérez. La iniciativa busca potenciar metodologías utilizadas por los docentes e llevar a cabo los recursos que tiene a su disposición frente a la necesidad de mejorar la convivencia estudiantil en los salones. La investigación fue de tipo cuasi experimental, con un diseño en dos grupos, de controly experimental realizado en la Institución Educativa N° 10650 Chancay Baños-Santa Cruz, Región Cajamarca, en el 4° grado, el grupo experimental fue el 4° “A” y el de control el 4° “B”; después de aplicar la variable independiente, es decir las estrategias psicopedagógicas enel grupo experimental, se aplicó el post test a ambos grupos. Concluyendo que al efectuarse un estudio comparativo entre la evolución de educación y el aprendizaje previamente y luego de la aplicación de la iniciativa al conjunto empírico; terminó que la efectividad de la iniciativa responde con aciertos, pues la muestra sugiere un grado de aceptación en los alumnos finalmente del desarrollo de esa iniciativa; ratificando el fortalecimiento de la convivencia estudiantil.

The problem under study is developed within the framework of poor school coexistence and the deficiency of psychopedagogical strategies in values. Therefore, the general objective of this research is to design psychopedagogical strategies in values to strengthen school coexistence in students I. E. P. N ° 10650 Chancay Baños-Santa Cruz, Cajamarca, in order for students to improve their social relationships, their performance in a educational institution, therefore, improve the work environment, among other problems, with the help of Lev Vygotsky's Sociocultural Theory, Lawrence Kohlberg's moral development and Mavilo Calero Pérez's values education.

The initiative seeks to promote methodologies used by teachers and carry out the resources available to them in response to the need to improve student coexistence in classrooms. The research was of a quasi-experimental type, with a design in two groups, control and experimental, carried out in the Educational Institution No. 10650 Chancay Baños-Santa Cruz, Cajamarca Region, in the 4th grade, the experimental group was the 4th " A” and the control the 4th “B”; After applying the independent variable, that is, the psychopedagogical strategies in the experimental group, the post test was applied to both groups.

Concluding that when carrying out a comparative study between the evolution of education and learning before and after the application of the initiative to the empirical set; concluded that the effectiveness of the initiative responds correctly, since the sample suggests a degree of acceptance in the students finally of the development of that initiative; ratifying the strengthening of student coexistence.
