Caracterización de las habilidades sociales en relación con la inteligencia emocional del docente de Educación Inicial, en la IEI N° 951 Niño Dios – Cutervo

Abstract

EL presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como finalidad relacionar las habilidades sociales con la inteligencia emocional del docente de educación inicial de la I.E. N° Niño Dios – Cutervo.

En este, sentido, la muestra, tuvo como protagonistas a 7 docentes de la misma casa de estudios, quienes participaron respondiendo a un cuestionario con preguntas abiertas, con el propósito de lograr objetividad en su respuesta y lograr un trabajo contundente.

Por su naturaleza, la investigación, se enmarcó dentro del tipo cualitativa descriptiva simple, porque es la manera más adecuada para recolectar datos y poder analizar la relación intrínseca que existe entre las habilidades sociales y la inteligencia emocional del perfil del docente del nivel inicial.

En definitiva, esta investigación permitió conocer las habilidades sociales, positivas y negativas, que frecuentemente se manifiestan en los docentes del nivel inicial de esta jurisdicción de la UGEL Cutervo. Los resultados muestran que los docentes evidencian algunas habilidades sociales como la comunicación, empatía, asertividad, resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, resiliencia, habilidades de liderazgo, pensamiento crítico, gestión del tiempo, paciencia; sin embargo, también se demostró una barrera grande por mejorar, para estar al nivel de las exigencias y retos actuales que el entorno nacional y global nos presentan.

The purpose of this research was to relate social skills with the emotional intelligence of the early childhood education teacher of the I.E. N° Niño Dios – Cutervo.

In this sense, the sample had as protagonists 7 teachers from the same school, who participated by answering a questionnaire with open questions, with the purpose of achieving objectivity in their response and achieving a convincing work.

Due to its nature, the research was framed within the simple qualitative descriptive type, because it is the most appropriate way to collect data and to be able to analyze the intrinsic relationship that exists between social skills and emotional intelligence of the profile of the early childhood teacher.

Ultimately, this research allowed us to know the social skills, positive and negative, that are frequently manifested in early childhood teachers of this jurisdiction of the UGEL Cutervo. The results show that teachers demonstrate some social skills such as communication, empathy, assertiveness, conflict resolution, teamwork, resilience, leadership skills, critical thinking, time management, patience; however, there is also a major barrier to improvement in order to be at the level of the current demands and challenges that the national and global environment present to us.
