Abstract

La presente investigación trata sobre comunicación asertiva y habilidades sociales de niños de 5 años de la Institución Educativa del Olmos con el objetivo de determinar el nivel de habilidades sociales de los niños de 5 años I.E. Nivel Inicial 11172 María Isabel Núñez Flores de Silva Metodológicamente el tipo de estudio fue fundamental, descriptivo, no experimental y se utilizó como muestra a 20 niños de 5 años. Como herramienta, utilizamos nuestra ficha de observación para evaluar las habilidades sociales de niños de cinco años y encontramos que la muestra tenía un bajo nivel de desarrollo de habilidades sociales. Si consideramos el crecimiento de las organizaciones y el avance de la globalización, queda claro que necesitamos repensar cómo se dan los procesos de comunicación en los diversos espacios e instituciones que conforman nuestra sociedad. Si nos centramos en el amplio campo de la comunicación interna, vemos que un tipo de comunicación es fundamental para construir buenas relaciones a nivel de familias, escuelas y organizaciones más grandes: estamos hablando de comunicación persuasiva. Con estos criterios en mente, este estudio presenta las siguientes consideraciones: el Capítulo 1 proporciona una visión general de las hipótesis en las que revisamos investigaciones previas, declaraciones conceptuales, operacionalización de variables y supuestos, y el Capítulo 2 formulamos procedimientos y bocetos de estudiantes, proporcionamos poblaciones. y muestras. The present investigation referred to assertive communication and socialskills in five-year- old children from a Public Educational Institution in Olmos had the purpose of determining

the levels of social skills in 5-year-old children of the initial level of the I. E. 11172 María Isabel Núñez Flores of Silva. From the methodological aspect, the type of research is basic, descriptive, non-experimental. We worked with a sample of 20 five-year-old children. As an

If we consider the growth of organizations and the rise of globalization, it is evident that there is a greater need to reflect on how communication processes are being carried out within the different spaces and institutions that make up our society.
