La práctica de actividad física en los estudiantes de quinto de secundaria en la institución educativa Manuel Antonio Mesones Muro – Ferreñafe

Abstract

Este estudio se enfoca en la investigación básica, orientada a esclarecer atributos significativos de individuos, grupos o fenómenos, evaluando y midiendo diversos aspectos de un objetivo de investigación específico. Se sitúa en el nivel descriptivo de indagación de campo, donde el investigador recopila datos directamente del entorno de estudio para describir el desarrollo de un fenómeno mediante la manipulación de variables independientes y su efecto en la variable dependiente. Se fundamenta en el método científico, utilizando enfoques experimentales, de observación y análisis, junto con métodos estadísticos. En particular, se destaca el método descriptivo, cuyo fin es caracterizar hechos, fenómenos o individuos para establecer su estructura o comportamiento. El diseño de investigación descriptivo se centra en observar y describir el comportamiento de una variable sin influencia externa, recopilando datos directamente de la realidad sin intermediarios. La población estudiada incluye 143 estudiantes de quinto de secundaria de la institución educativa Manuel Antonio Mesones Muro, en Ferreñafe, seleccionando una muestra de 132 estudiantes mediante selección aleatoria intencional. Para la recolección de datos, se empleó la encuesta como técnica principal, utilizando un cuestionario con preguntas diseñadas para recolectar datos sobre la variable en estudio. Este cuestionario consta de tres dimensiones con 12 ítems. El procedimiento de recolección de datos implica agrupar y analizar los datos recopilados para sintetizarlos en conclusiones significativas, transformando los datos individuales en información ordenada que responda a la pregunta de investigación, objetivos e hipótesis planteadas.

This study focuses on basic research, aimed at clarifying significant attributes of individuals, groups, or phenomena by evaluating and measuring various aspects of a specific research objective. It is situated at the descriptive level of field inquiry, where the researcher collects data directly from the study environment to describe the development of a phenomenon through the manipulation of independent variables and their effect on the dependent variable. It is based on the scientific method, using experimental, observational, and analytical approaches, along with statistical methods. Particularly, the descriptive method is highlighted, whose purpose is to characterize facts, phenomena, or individuals in order to establish their structure or behavior. The descriptive research design focuses on observing and describing the behavior of a variable without external influence, collecting data directly from reality without intermediaries. The studied population includes 143 high school seniors from the educational institution Manuel Antonio Mesones Muro, in Ferreñafe, selecting a sample of 132 students through intentional random selection. For data collection, the survey was used as the main technique, employing a questionnaire with questions designed to collect data on the study variable. This questionnaire consists of three dimensions with 12 items. The data collection procedure involves grouping and analyzing the collected data to synthesize it into meaningful conclusions, transforming individual data into organized information that responds to the research question, objectives, and hypotheses posed.
