Propuesta de estrategias indagativas para desarrollar actitudes investigativas en alumnos del colegio Rosa Flores de Oliva, área de ciencia y tecnología.

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada Propuesta de estrategias indagativas para desarrollar actitudes investigativas en alumnos del colegio Rosa Flores de Oliva, área de ciencia y tecnología, tuvo como problema el deficiente desarrollo de actitudes investigativas en el área de C y T. evidenciado en el poco desarrollo de actitudes investigativas, escasa curiosidad, limitada indagación, dificultades para autocorregirse, carente cuestionamiento y juicio en los contenidos tratados. El objetivo general fue diseñar la propuesta de estrategias indagativas para elevar el nivel de desarrollo de las actitudes investigativas en los alumnos de la I.E. Rosa Flores de Oliva en el área de ciencia y tecnología. La fundamentación de la investigación y propuesta se basó en las teorías de John Dewey, teniendo en cuenta las fases del método científico, así como los pasos de la investigación y la teoría de Jerome Brunner, en cuanto al descubrimiento. La población estuvo conformada por 180 estudiantes del cuarto grado de secundaria y una muestra de 30 alumnos. El tipo de investigación fue descriptivo propositivo. Se concluyó que, la propuesta de estrategias indagativas aportará en la mejora del nivel de desarrollo de actitudes investigativas en el estudiantado, promoviendo la actitud investigativa mediante la curiosidad, la crítica, la reflexión, la disposición y la mentalidad abierta, lo cual contribuirá al logro de un aprendizaje eficiente, en el cual se exprese la creatividad, el análisis, la resolución de problemas y el pensamiento crítico.

The general objective was to design a proposal of inquiry-based strategies to enhance the level of development of investigative attitudes in the students of Rosa Flores de Oliva School, in the area of Science and Technology. The theoretical foundation of the research and proposal was based on the theories of John Dewey, taking into account the phases of the scientific method, as well as the steps of the research process and Jerome Bruner's theory regarding discovery learning. The population consisted of 180 fourth-year secondary school students, with a sample of 30 students. The type of research was descriptive and propositional. It was concluded that the proposed inquiry-based strategies will contribute to improving the level of development of investigative attitudes in students, promoting such attitudes through curiosity, critical thinking, reflection, willingness, and open-mindedness. This, in turn, will foster effective learning characterized by creativity, analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
