Programa de tutoría para mejorar el desarrollo personal y profesional de los alumnos de formación pedagógica del IESP” Alfonso Barrantes Lingán” San Miguel

Abstract

Los estudiantes del ISEP “Alfonso Barrantes Lingán” de la provincia de San Miguel, manifiestan dificultades en el proceso formativo evidenciándose falta de orientación vocacional, que genera inadecuada selección de las opciones profesional, sin considerar sus habilidades y actitudes, a ello agregamos la tensión que vive el núcleo familiar , y su desconocimiento de la relación habilidades, competencias con perfil profesional, lo que no permite que el discente asuma correctamente su opción profesional , permitiendo que los sujetos sociales se quién , por lo que observan, por los gustos de amigos, o por las sugerencias paternales, todas ellassin fundamento , lo que buscan es un título profesional , una de las consecuencias de este proceso es, muchas veces la poca capacitación profesional, expresada en ausencia de las técnicas cognitivas, bajo estimulo profesional, o el abandono de los estudios de Educación Superior, constituyen una serie de situaciones problemáticas, sobre la cual debe erigirse la propuesta de Tutoría. El objetivo de la investigación: Diseñar un programa de tutoría para mejorar el desarrollo profesional de los alumnos de formación pedagógica del ISEP” Alfonso Barrantes Lingán” del distrito de San Miguel, en la región Cajamarca. Es considerable que responsabilidad tutorial es clave para facilitar el proceso de transición de la Educación Superior al mundo laboral. Contribuye al desarrollo socio afectivo, cognitivo y académico del estudiante.

The students of the ISEP "Alfonso Barrantes Lingán" of the province of San Miguel, show difficulties in the different training processes, the same ones that are expressed in: Lack of vocational orientation, which generates inadequate selection of professional options, withoutconsider their skills and attitudes, to this we add the tensionexperienced by the family unit, and their ignorance of the relationship skills, competencies with professional profile, which does not allow the student to correctly assume their professional option, allowing social subjects to know who , from what they observe, from the likes of friends, or from parental suggestions, all of them unfounded, what they are looking for is a professional title, one of the consequences of this processis, many times, little professional training, expressed in the absence of cognitive techniques, under professional stimulation, or the abandonment ofHigher Education studies, They constituteaseries of problematic situations, on which the Tutoring proposal should be erected. The objective of the research: Design a tutoring program to improve the professional developmentof the students of pedagogical training of the ISEP "Alfonso BarrantesLingán"of the district of San Miguel, in the Cajamarca region. It is considerable that tutorial responsibility is key to facilitating the transition process from HigherEducation to the worldof work. It contributes to the socio- affective, cognitive and academicdevelopment of the student.
