Estrategia tutorial para la prevención del bullying en estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Proyecto Integral Chavarría – Los olivos – Lima

Abstract

La tesis “Estrategia tutorial para la prevención del Bullying en estudiantes de la institución educativa Proyecto Integral Chavarría – Los olivos - Lima” tuvo el objetivo de proponer una estrategia tutorial sustentada en la inteligencia emocional para prevenir el Bullying en los estudiantes de cuarto grado de educación secundaria en la Institución Educativa Proyecto Integral Chavarría. La metodología de esta investigación se basa en un diseño mixto que combina elementos cuantitativos y cualitativos A una muestra de 105 estudiantes del 4to. año de secundaria se aplicaron la Escala de Bullying de Benites y Castillo, en relación al índice de Bullying escolar, se encontró que la mayoría de los estudiantes se ubicaban en los niveles alto (57.1%) y muy alto (39.0%). Como resultado se diseñó una estrategia tutorial sustentada en la inteligencia emocional para prevenir el Bullying en los estudiantes de cuarto grado de educación secundaria en la Institución Educativa Proyecto Integral Chavarría. Estos hallazgos proporcionan una base sólida para abordar la problemática del Bullying y promover un entorno educativo más inclusivo y respetuoso, previniendo el Bullying a partir de una implementación consecutiva y monitoreada de la propuesta diseñada.

Regarding the emotional intelligence variable, it was observed In relation to the school bullying index, it was found that most of the students were located at the high (57.1%) and very high (39.0%) levels. As a result, a tutorial strategy based on emotional intelligence was designed to prevent bullying in fourth grade students of secondary education at the Chavarría Integral Project Educational Institution. These findings provide a solid foundation to address the issue of school bullying and promote a more inclusive and respectful educational environment. However, it is important to note that the implementation and evaluation of the tutorial strategy will require continuous follow-up and monitoring to ensure its long-term effectiveness.
