Los aprendizajes obtenidos y su contribución en el desarrollo de capacidades comunicativas afectivas en estudiantes del segundo grado de la I.E. N° 80612“Chinchinvara, de la provincia de Julcán.

Abstract

El objeto central del estudio es el desarrollo de habilidades comunicativas afectivas en los alumnos y alumnas de la Institución Educativa N° 80612 del caserío Chinchinvara, Huaso, Julcán con el propósito de realizar indagación sobre las competencias, destrezas y el estado de los estudiantes de la zona rural. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación explicativa con propuesta se utilizaron los métodos de análisis y síntesis; de igual forma la técnica de encuesta y la aplicación del instrumento (cuestionario), que sugieren recoger la información de la muestra. El análisis de la información se ejecutó considerando el proceso estadístico de carácter descriptivo, lo cual permitió disponer de información objetiva y arribar a la siguiente conclusión: A través de las entrevistas realizadas, se ha identificado que los estudiantes y su entorno inmediato se han apoderado de algunas técnicas comunicativas que le han permitido mejorar su forma de interactuar al interrelacionarse con su ámbito social donde convive y actúa. Esto nos hace conocer lo importante que todos los niveles del sistema educativo deberían establecer una relación respecto a la comunicación y la información. Sin el proceso comunicativo, ninguna entidad organizativa puede existir, dado que se torna en un sistema de interacciones agradables, amenas y afectivas. En el caso de las entidades que brindan enseñanza puede coadyuvar a que todos los integrantes participen de forma dinámica y colaborativa en la formulación de desafíos, objetivos y planes de la institución en sintonía con su realidad y contexto donde se desarrollan. Los estudios realizados respecto al desarrollo de capacidades comunicativas dentro del plantel educativo, la cual debe ser un proceso que vislumbre reciprocidad y multidireccionalidad.

The analysis of the information was carried out considering the descriptive statistical process, which made it possible to have objective information and reach the following conclusion: Through the interviews carried out, it has been identified that the students and their immediate environment have taken control of some communication techniques that have allowed him to improve his way of interacting by interacting with his social environment where he lives and acts. This makes us know how important it is that all levels of the educational system should establish a relationship regarding communication and information. Without the communicative process, no organizational entity can exist, since itbecomes a system of pleasant, enjoyable and affective interactions. In the case of entities that provide teaching, it can help all members participate in a dynamic and collaborative way in the formulation of challenges, objectives and plans of the institution in tune with their reality and context where they are developed. The studies carried out regarding the development of communicative capacities within the educational establishment, which must be a process that envisages reciprocity and multidirectionality.
